New Header

I made a new header for my layout! I needed a new one because the old one was crap and I made my layout wider because I was sick of people not putting things behind a cut and stretching out my friends page. Unfortunately, I didn't make my layout wide enough because it's still getting streched out XD I can't really do anything about it now because I love my new header and it took me hours to make and I don't want to have to re-make it. I just have to hope people will be more considerate to take the two second it requires to put something behind a cut.
Oh and by the way, what do you guys think of my new header?
