Music Criticism Fail
So, my cousin's daughter's high school orchestra performed in Prague and Vienna this last Spring Break, and they put together a little travelogue/music video of their day's adventures. At one point they use Taylor Swift's "22" where there's a line that goes "let's dress-up and make fun of hipsters."
I thought about that for a few seconds. "Isn't that like Elvis saying, 'let's dress-up and make fun of greasers?'" I asked myself.
And then I realized, I just compared Taylor Swift to Elvis!
I may eventually be going to Hell, but that right there may have bought me a one-way ticket!
