It's a business?
The other morning I was coming home from work at an odd time for me 6:10am
As I was stopped at the light on the corner of Meridian and Telegraph I saw a great reason never to give bums/beggars money there. A small brown toyota-ish car drove up to the corner and made a u turn. It stopped on the far corner depositing a bum. A hand came out the door handing him his "please help" sign and his bag. The car then drove to the next corner and the process was repeated. As my light turned green I followed the car to the Meridian/ Mcleod intersection where the process was repeated again. Do they need help? I think they need a union.
