I have the most vivid dreams when I find myself between sleep.
When I'm half awake and half asleep, I catch a glimpse of how complex my dreams might be when I'm actually fully asleep. I wont go into detail about this specific dream because it's a little too hard to explain, but I will mention this about it:
A bunch of kids crowding around an angry cat on the other side of the fence. A husky dog is only a few feet away from it, so I playfully start to encourage the dog to "Get the cat! Get that cat, boy! Get 'em! Go on, get 'em!" Without hesitation, the dog looks at me and then grabs the cat by the neck in his mouth and picks it up. Exactly two seconds go by, and he lets the cat fall out of his mouth and it's dead.
Somebody says, "Oh. ...He got it."
Everybody scatters feeling strangely panicked and caught off guard.
