I leave for Austin tomorrow.
Is it bad if I'm the most excited for the airports and plane ride? My Thanksgiving was.....annoying? My mom has this friend who is like five hundred pounds and is probably going to die sometime soon within the next few years, so we've been having Thanksgiving with him the past couple years and it.....is.......just..........abysmal. He literally sounds like Krusty the Clown (from heavy smoking) and he is not interesting or funny in the slightest. His dog is an asshole, and he says embarrassing things that make me want to crucify myself on the dinner table. I'm glad to be getting away for a few days. I need to channel my bitterness elsewhere in the country.
I keep unintentionally leading people on, and I don't know how to stop. That sounds kind of funny -- and it is -- but IT'S A SERIOUS PROBLEM. I JUST LIKE MAKING NEW FRIENDS!?!? I'M REALLY FRIENDLY TOWARDS PEOPLE I LIKE?!?!? SORRY, WORLD?!?!?!? This wasn't a problem in grade school. Growing up is complicated.
