today i worked at the museum and really explored all the photographs.

it is exciting for me to come across prints that i had spent studying in college. i also came across a clipping from the infamous "little gallery" in new york, for one of their first photography exhibits.
monday i am preparing new prints/photographs for the fine art faculty to view.
and on friday i'm attending a reception for the new president of owu. his nickname is the "rock".
otherwise, i am spending the evening organizing my very unorganized bedroom while listening to pink floyd. i think i'm going to stay in this evening. val is playing tonight and i want to go see her but am feeling kind of reclusive/sleepy.
in other news, i received an email from philip allen letting me know that a friend from high school, gabe poland, is in the hospital (in columbus) and we are going to visit him on sunday together. i kind of have the feeling that philip called me because he may or may not feel weirded out by the hospital and may or may not know that i have had a lot of experience with them, visiting others, not for myself. although i highly suspect i'm just being paranoid.
