I'm going to be looking for a new car in a year or so. I'd be curious to hear what your thoughts on the Prius are after a year of ownership.

That said, Quality Collision was the shop, on South Walnut. The owner was quite apologetic on the phone, so we'll see how this works out.

He also says the wait was to be expected when fixing accident damage, as body work is always slow.

As to the wait, 3.5 weeks is somewhat excessive, particularly when they initially indicated that it would probably take a week to a week and a half based on the labor. It'd have been nice if they'd ever actually called me to let me know it was taking longer, though. I was forced to call them.
