A New Car!
Well, today I purchased my second-ever new car, a 2007 Toyota Prius (dark grey, with option package #1, for those of you playing along at home). I'll be signing the paperwork this evening when swan_tower is driven up here by the awfully tolerant and obliging moonartemis76 so we can drive all the cars back home.
Because I still haven't signed yet, I have yet to decide on the extended warranty. What do you, out in LJ-land, think? Should I drop an additional $1700 or so on an extended plan? I wouldn't seriously consider it if it weren't for the fact that this is a hybrid, and as such, I'm probably going to get most of my service at dealerships, since I'm not sure that hybrid technologies are well-understood in most service stations.
