There hasn't been any sort of leader in the entire existence of this place. And we've been getting along fine without it. We have some authoritative figures, but nothing more.

It's rather smart of you to do your research before announcing yourself to the network, though. Just how did you find out about our magic?

Forgive me for disagreeing with you, but just from looking over the network the past week, it's quite obvious that people have not been 'getting along fine'. I wasn't suggesting a single leader, however- due to the diverse nature of the population in this place, I think it would be more apt to introduce a system where multiple people are allowed to give their input on major decisions... so long as it doesn't interfere with the safety of others, at any rate.

[A pause here. He straightens his cuffs, preening a little at the compliment.]

And thank you. I do my best to be as informed as possible before stepping into a situation. As for the abilities- well. People are posting examples of such to the network, not to mention the information on it in the newcomer post.

... I'm not sure about mine. Al has tried to, and I think he could almost manage an Ardescat, but that's the extent of it. Abilities from different worlds don't seem to work when someone else tries to use them.

I suppose so, yes. It's not really considered an 'ability' in my world, just an area of learning.
