yeah but it's kinda like telling people they're crazy. when you're feeling crazy, you don't want people telling you you're crazy.

counseling or whatever might be okay if you've got some people. but you'd need something to ground the person to reality, right? something that makes this place seem more real.

I don't believe I was implying that people were crazy. Simply that it's for the best to try and not panic about these dreams.

Yes. But at the same time, just having someone to talk to about your emotions can help immensely.
