Desription and method: Some of the leftover sushi from the night before, sugar snap peas, carrots, that same old nectarine from last week, and water in a bottle that will kill me. Normally when you put sushi in the fridge the rice goes disgusting and hard, making it very unappetising so I really didn't have a lot of faith in having this for lunch the next day. but as I make my sushi rice with a little more liquid and a little sweeter than commercial sushi, it ended up being quite nice out of the fridge -- a rather pleasant surprise!
