- treadmill, 1 mile (just under 18 min), 0.5 incline, equal mix running & walking
- bench press, 3 sets of 10 @ 50+#
- sideways torso-thingy, 15 reps each side
- calf raises, 2x1min @ 20+65#
- hip adductors, 5min @ 80#
- hip abductors, 5min @ 95#
- biceps (preacher curl), 5min @ 35# (why is this so difficult???)
- prone hamstring, alternating legs, 5min @ 25#
- lower back, 5min @ 125-135#
The right MCL kept threatening to twang, but I managed to keep it from quite doing so. Feel pretty good, especially for the treadmill.
I'm glad I left the shopping for after the Y; the sample crews were out in force at Sam's, so I hearkened back to my college days and had poor man's tappas for lunch.
