Has anybody seen that big ass wagon I seem to have fallen off of?
I've been very bad in the last 6 days.
I'm not missing any workouts (
except Wednesday morning) but I've eaten a lot of very bad things. Things are so bad at work that I had a little Burger King Breakdown on Tuesday. Last night, in celebration of Logan winning his wrestling match, Jonathan took us out for wings. On a day to day basis, I have been very disciplined in my diet, but when I break down and let myself have something like a chicken wing, I really break down!
So today:
pathoffman asked if I wanted to go for lunch before he had to leave to take
barelyamish to the airport. That sounded like a good idea, so I met the two of them plus Hubby at the new little cafe here in town where I work.
I should know by now that If I'm having Lunch with Jonathan, I should order light because I will end up with
half of whatever he orders. Suffice to say, one and a half Reuben sandwiches and a bowl of chili were not what
the doctor ordered for this big boy! Oy! And I was making such progress!
Over two hours later and I'm still very full. Oh well, at least I have a fairly intense spinning class scheduled for 5:30, and no issues tonight so that I can stay at the gym after the class and punish away those wings and Reubens.
Now if you could just help me find that wagon... I'll try to stay on it this time.
