i kept seeing the "i pooted" one, and had no idea what it meant. so as i usually do... i googled it last night. it's a cartoon network ad campaign. they refer to things certain characters say.

yea, I think so, I just found that out last night when I was searching around trying to find out where these billboards where coming from. It is a cute word :)
