yeah
i've been home a week now and still haven't written anything up... i haven't had the time at all. so florida was fun... learned a lot of [weird] things. for instance: The BFE. one would think it was the name of a road or something; "ugh we have to go all the way out to BFE." but noooo. it's Butt Fucking Egypt! what?? their equivalent to our guam. what the hell.... anyway. at parties they listen to elton john and hang out with the parents. egh. they don't know what penne alla vodka is, and don't know who derek jeter is. they smoke hookahs with flavored tobacco (strawberry is the fave). Tipsy is still played on the radio every hour, on the hour. at restaurants, you ask for a "box" for your extra food. the waiter leaves and comes back to shove a styrofoam box in your face and makes you put the food in it yourself. and as for that wedding i went to?? it was in a backyard with signs on the fence such as "beware of attack republican", had fuzzy prerecorded wedding music, the 5 minute service was performed by a notary, and you could see the 18 year old bride's thong through her wedding "gown." all in all, an educational experience.
since then, things have been pretty uneventful... except for last night at OB... yeah. i won't talk about that.
