Music 2010

The art work for the new Goldfrapp album is gorge.
Apparently it's a return to disco. Ooh!

Some other big name albums to get excited about in 2010:

Madonna!
Interpol!!
Scissor Sisters!!!

And then there are the newbies we should be excited about - Hurts, Monarchy (formerly Milke), Ellie Goulding.

So far this year, the Ke$ha album Animal has its moments, but at 14 tracks it's 4 tracks too long,
and the cover is horrible:




I mean, is it supposed to look ugly, in some ironic stylée?
Is it simply hideous and wrong, or am I missing something?

Am also curious as to whether the new ice-cold pop of Alphabeat's The Spell will give them a hit...
