Today was a good day. Math, I got a handle on the crazy thing we've been working on, French was easy and we talked about art history, Humanities: Jim loved my essay, Science: I nearly finished my research paper. We watched Casa Blanca at tutorial lunch. We read the play during theater. And basketball. Finally, finally, basketball season has started. I was so happy. I got more exercise in an hour and a half than I have the entire autumn. Finally. It's going to be a great season. The only downsides: I missed College Bowl, and it's now nearly seven and I just got home. Hello, piano, flute, and homework. Excellent. Oh yeah, and a mother who despises me. Right, that too. I could easily have said that today was the best day of the year, until I got home. Sigh. But honestly, I'm not going to let her bring me down from this high.
In other news, I just found out that my sis fainted last night, so she had to see a doctor in France. As if a French doctor will know what to do. Right. Anyway, it looks like she's all right, so she's staying in Angers. I miss her.
