It's the only 4th week into the new year and I hit my fitness goal for 2011. O_O
I burned over 700 calories in my 30 minutes on the circuit at Curves: 723 to be exact.
Woooooohoooooooo! *dances dances dances*
So, what should I have for my next fitness goal, since I hit this one already? (seriously, I thought it would take alot longer). I am getting closer and closer to my "gold" goal...it's getting a little exciting! I didn't think I'd ever been even CLOSE to my gold goal...ever...and now I can see it on the horizen.
