Last night, I got so frazzled by trying to figure out how to cast on in knitting that I ran to my size Q crochet hook and worked up a pouch for my new-to-me Nintendo DS.
I read Scott Westerfeld's Uglies trilogy a few weeks ago and really enjoyed all three books. I have a hard time staying engaged with some recent SF, but the trilogy kept me reading for hours on end.
