I want a hand gun. I know that hand guns are illegal in Chicago. BUT the same law was in place in D.C. and overturned as unconstitutional. It was overturned because Kay Bailey Hutchinson was caught carrying a hand gun. She was charged some fine, but she fought it. I mean after all, she is a high profile, female politician in a town with an enormous crime rate...
The law has never been challenged in Chicago, so it's still in place. I am not saying I want to be some rogue citizen and challenge the law. I just want to own a hand gun. It's a tool and it's my right.
