What a sad day…I am leaving this live journal behind and moving on to a new one with a new name. From now on, I am going to write under the username
askme2stay. Justin is gonna be pist that it is not something about him, but after my last username, I have learned to make them not include boyfriends. Anyway, everyone should add me because…you know you are interested. LOL.
Yesterday was alright. I didn’t get to have the nice relaxing day that I was hoping for. Justin’s car broke down so he was all occupied with that. I got annoyed that he wasn’t giving me enough attention and left around 3:00 to get my nails and toes done. I heart pedicures! Now my toes and nails are this really pretty red.
After pampering myself I went home and did some packing for college. I don't know why I bothered to bring so much shit home. Most of the clothes that I wore over break was stuff I got for Christmas. Now Justin and I have to lug all this shit back to Rowan. It's all good though-nothing can dampen my spirits about moving back. I am so ready!
Kelli and I went to Friendly's last nice despite the artic tempuratures. We had a really good time talking about stuff...I miss hanging with that girl. She sure is one of a kind. After getting some frozen yogurt and Kelli trying to mack it with Joe, the manager there, I went back to Justin's house to see if I could his attention this time.
We had a little more fun this time and I watched "CSI" for the first time, which was quite enjoyable. We also watched "The Gauntlet" and I would like to reiterate that I am marrying Nathan from the "Real World: Seattle." I have never seen a more gorgeous man in my life. After the tv shows, we went to bed and I woke up at 1:15 a.m. to drive home in the beyond freezing weather.
Danielle and I are going to see a movie tonight, but I am not sure which one. I promised her that we could see something good as opposed to "The Lord of the Rings." Speaking of the lovely D.S. here is a little survey that I yoinked from her.
Memories Through the Years
[*]1st Grade:
-my parents telling me that they were getting divorced and thinking that my whole life was going to end
[*]2nd Grade: meeting Kathy and my soon to be step-brothers for the first time
-becoming friends with Bonnie Mamacchio even though my parents told me she was "trouble"
[*]3rd Grade:
-becoming best friends with Danielle and going to an Indian reservation together. I fell in love with Mrs. Smith cause she bought me a Sprite when we were there.
-Having Garry Acroith and some other boy (John Hering maybe?) fight over who could be my boyfriend. To alleviate this problem, Danielle decided that she was going to flip a folder to see who won me. Garry was the lucky man.
-Danielle and I writing a book titled "Kayla and the Missing Glass Dog" or something like that. The book was complete with horrible illustrations to go along with the horrible storyline.
[*]4th Grade:
-Danielle and I deciding that we were going to start a school newspaper and assign all our classmembers assignments. Danielle and I were the editors of course.
-Trading lunch with Danielle-she would give me her pepperoni bread in exchange for Triscuits.
-Going out with John Hering and him giving me a Create A Card that said, "Roses are red, violets are blue, someone in Clementon loves you."
-Going to Danielle's pom pom competitions and being so jealous because my mom would never let me be a cheerleader. So I would make Danielle teach me all the cheers.
-Danielle and I single- handedly taking on our entire fourth grade class. Danielle was accused of being a show off cause she was stacking quarters.
-Erika Murphy and I having a fight with Danielle over who was a better team: the Braves or the Phillies.
-Playing "D & K" radio station in Danielle's dad's office.
-asking Rob Vanderburg to fix the stapler for me, thus resulting in him stapling his finger. I felt so bad!
[*]5th Grade:
-meeting Ashley and getting her to tell me that she had a crush on someone whose name was a store
-Joey Hanlon getting caught waving a Playboy picture whenever Mrs. Source would turn her back. Someone telling on him and it being the biggest scandal St. Agnes had ever seen.
-the Dare program taught by Officer Beck
-Ashley getting Officer Beck's name painted on her face during Field Day
-how Mr. Flexon used to smoke a cigar while he was walking up the hallways-didn't anyone see a problem with an old man smoking inside an elementary school?
[*]6th Grade:
-Mr. Cafagna coming to our classroom for the first time and Mrs. Dugan telling us that he was the new janitor. He didn't look amused.
-Letting Lindsey Finnegan read one of my "Teen Magazines" and Sr. Rosemary taking it away. I was pist!
-Kira and the fishtanks that she took care of for Mrs. Dugan. That girl would miss half a day of school working on those fucking fish tanks.
-Ashley's and mine numerous bus experiences with Kevin Wood, Cory McGloughlin, Carl, his sister that laughed like a hyena, and our horribly mean bus driver.
-Paul Bowman stabbing me with a pencil giving me a mark which I still have to this day.
[*]7th Grade:
-Singing "O Come All Ye Faithful" at the Christmas show. Also uttering the words that I regret to this day, "I am an alto." Danielle and Ashley made fun of me all the time about it.
-Mrs. Bruno getting pist because one day I started humming the Star Wars theme song when she was checking homework and she thought I was doing it in reference to her.
-Taping a "War of the Worlds" video tape with Danielle and Ash and making Danielle dress up in a her puffy Victorian dress.
-Mrs. Conelley making all the 7th grade girls sit in a circle and talk about why we hated each other. Gina Martelli had a breakdown.
[*]8th grade:
-Garry Aicroth calling me a bitz every single day and telling me that I was Jewish.
-Going to visit Paul VI and falling in love with Al Rabiro
-Taking a picture with our gay waiter and Danielle when we went to Baltimore. He thought we were insane.
-Mrs. Oldenberg calling me and Matt Colertti the "dynamic duo." God, was I in love with him.
-Mrs. Cordassco flirting with all the 8th grade boys
-Msgr. Labicky teaching Religion class and handing out money to the people that got the highest scores. WHAT!
- Mrs. Cafagna always saying, "Location, location, location" and pushing that cart down the hallway.
-Discussing "Seifield" and "Friends" with Ashley and Marc Bonnelli every Friday morning.
