Meet Reylin Saticoy
So, with my latest story (available here!), I've introduced a character that I hope to be a recurring one in my stories. Back in "the day" (as we greymuzzles say), the idea of flagship characters was kind of a popular one, but it's not something you see a lot anymore.
This is different (albeit perhaps only subtly) from an ongoing story series. Rather than one long serialized story, I plan to tell more (mostly) independent stories with Reylin, where reading them out of order won't necessarily be too much of a problem, since for the most part, there won't really be an order to worry about.
Which isn't to say that I don't plan to have Reylin grow and develop. Having him stay static would be boring. But still, hopefully you get the general idea.
