Congrats to Alex!
He recently passed his qualifying exam! So what did he win? The opportunity to spend another 4 years in school! Whoo-hoo! And just because I want to be that girlfriend that brags about how smart her boyfriend is...there were 35 people who took the exam, and only 7 that passed. What a stud he is :)
In other news...to stop birds from flying into the windows at work, a bunch of coworkers printed out pictures of owls and taped them to the windows. Hilarious! We'll see how well it works.
