I spent the day in the garden and took several pictures.
My internet is being stupid and messing up the uploading of the pictures, so I will post them later.
I must get into the shower now, as working in the garden all day makes you pretty dirty.
[EDIT]
We spent all day working in the fenced-in garden. And yes, we have two wheelbarrows. The plants in front are: far left is a blackberry, the other two on the left side are raspberries. On the right side of the door are blueberries. Inside the fence: tomatoes, peppers, and basil on the left, on the right: lettuce, small Swiss chard, and broccoli. Oh, and not in this picture is a bean tepee. I know you were dying to know all of that.
This is one of the little tomato palnts that we transplanted today. In the upper left of the picture is a pepper. Aren't they cute? They'll grow very quickly with all this heat.
We also observed the local wildlife; Shadow took it upon himself to lie in the broccoli patch. He used to do that with the asparagus when we had it. They have that stage where they're like trees, and Mom and I used to joke that Shadow was pretending to be a panther in the jungle. And there was a cute little toad that Mom relocated to the broccoli patch as well.
