Seahawks going to Detroit for Super Bowl XL. How excited am I??
I remember reading sports almanacs when I was a kid. There was one page that had a column titled "NFL teams that have not appeared in a Super Bowl." The Seahawks were on that list. And now they are not.
It's an excellent birthday present for me, this Super Bowl berth. Now I can finally have a joint birthday/Super Bowl party and have it actually matter. It's going to be awesome.
Also, I really hate the Steelers. I think I hate them most out of all the teams in the NFL. Even more than the Vikings.
It should be a given that I will be getting a whole bunch of Seahawks stuff between now and the Super Bowl. Gotta stay spirited.
