Japan makes no sense

But on the subject of japan not making sense.... I cannot get paid because the money is in route from Yokohama. They cannot just go to the ATM, get money for the employees in the building. They need someone to stuff envelopes 8 hours away and mail them here. Even though my company owns a bank. Makes no sense whatsoever. Also, day before a holiday, we might not get paid until one week from now!
Electronic money good. Paper money bad.
