That long ago?
186 weeks? I haven't written in 186 freakin' weeks? Wow. That soudns so long ago, and I suppose that it is. ALthough I'm keeping a journal aside form thsi...but here I ma... hello....it
s been too long. hahhaa! Here I am at work. B had his first swim lesson today and I feel tkaen down a few notches by it. For many reasons
. 1---- I wasn't even there...I had to be at work. And that's becomming quite a drag too. ALways behind...feeling like we're drowning. FA is the bottom fed to many. To the whole we're the department who's holding everyone up. We can't stay even, never mind get ahead. And who knows why. I feel as if we've much less support than we've ever had. People are disgruntled and po'd. Things aren't like they used to be...they're worse instead of better. It seems the hwole place is liek that. The only people who are happy are "top" staff...and of course they have a reaspon to be...they respected and given the room to grow and learn and move up. Well,t he rest of us? We may hear the words...but lip service comes to mind. No one wants to be proactive and take a risk ....and be proven ...what wrong? Heck no...proven right I say. Whatever...........
2---- I need to go back to school...obviously I need a masters degree. I am nothing where I sit...nothing..........
