WHAT AN AMAZING DAY
So yeah awesome day....
So we got to the athletic center @ 3. Put up some signs, got our badges (my picture was awful) and awesome t-shirts (a nice Charlie brown yellow, but still cool). Then hung around forever. The the fun began...
We were on the Hospitality committee (YEAH TEAM DAVE WHOOO) So we got to set some of the green room up. And then we opened doors foe the crew and Comedians!!!
Gary Gulman (you might know him from last comic standing) really nice and signed our badges. The we just happen to be in the room when DANE COOK came in ( we had already seen him before and watched his sound check but still...) so he signed our badges and he smelled amazing and his hair was awesome (as he said "I have the Rayan Cabera look going on".) So then we waited some more. The we did this huttle thing back stage with Jay Davis another one of the comedians also the MC. (We're hopping we made it onto the DVD they were filming so look out for us :-)) The we watched the show!!!
Freakin' amazing. Each one funnier than the one before. Robert Kelly was soo funny (hell yeah for fat kids). And then DANE came on!! He was soo funny, he had a great act... of course he brought up Mary and the tire in the Face lol but he had some freaking hilarious jokes which if i was more awake right now I would remember.
So after was the Meet and greet. The line went pretty fast, so once everybody had gotten there things signed, they let the staff do theur thing, so we got some Mad pictures!! they are awesome. I"m putting them up on my yahoo pics the link is in my profile, There will be more to come after i download the ones from the phone. So all in all an awesome day... Nothing could top it, or ruin it, the first day in a LONG time where I have just forgoten about all the shittiness in my life and enjoyed the moment. It was fiun, exciting and above all else made me sooo excited for CAB next year. So i'm dead, but maybe i'll edit this entry later and ad more detail.
