We are in Chiang Mai for the entire Christmas week and the New Year.

Here we live in a quiet family-run guesthouse and sit wrapped in fleece, having lost our adaptation for cold. This small place with bicycles to rent, aquariums with fish and newly planted grape vines lets us think about the meaning of the life.
Если выйти за ворота, слева на углу старая ступа с обвалившимся шпилем.
On the corner at the left is a ruined old chedi.
А справа узкая улочка ведет туда, где у старых городских ворот - сцена, на которой эту неделю каждый вечер - какое-нибудь представление, и ярмарка еды и сувениров.
And on the right the narrow street leads to the old city gate, where every night this week there is a concert and a food and souvenir market.
