Инин, старый город / Old town of Yining
Понравился мне ноябрьский снег на листьях платанов, и решил я прогуляться от гостиницы до автовокзала по одной из старых улочек города Инин, центра Казахской автономной префектуры Или в Синьцзян-Уйгурском автономном районе Китая. В XIX веке этот город несколько лет был под контролем России.
I liked the November snow on the leaves of the plane trees, and I decided to have a walk from the hotel to the bus station along an old street of the town of Yining, centre of the Kazakh autonomous prefecture of Ili in the Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous region of China. This town was under Russian control for some years in XIX century.
Дома здесь в основном за заборами, и на улицу смотрят одни ворота.
The houses here are behind brick walls, and only the gates look at the street.
Где-то стройка.
In some places there are works.
А где-то домик прямо окнами на улицу.
But some houses have windows to the street.
Над дворами обычно решетки для винограда, но зимой растений на них нет, просто жерди.
There are usually poles for the grape vines which give shadow in the yard, but during the winter the plants are not there.
Тут хлеб пекут.
Here they make bread.
А тут продают метлы.
And here they sell brooms.
Развозка угля.
Coal trucks.
Котлы и жаровни.
Metal wares.
Скамеечки у ворот.
Banks at the gate.
Улица заканчивается - это отмечено новой гостиницей. Ждут туристов? Наверно, да.
The street ends here - a new hotel marks that. Expecting tourist? Probably, yes.
Фруктовая лавка.
A fruit shop.
И дальше - обычная улица обычного провинциального китайского города - среди многоэтажек, с четырьмя рядами в каждую сторону плюс ряд для мопедов, которые здесь в основном электрические, почти как в Чэнду.
And further - a usual street of a Chinese provincial town, between high-rise apartment blocks and with four lanes in each direction, plus a lane for motorbikes, which are mostly electric here, almost like in Chengdu.
