Выйдя из лесу, я оказался снова на открытой равнине, которую в сезон дождей занимает озеро Иралаларо.
From the forest I returned to the open plain which during the rain season is occupied by the Lake Ira Lalaro.

Центральная часть озера, где еще осталась вода к концу сухого сезона.
В общем, нормальное озеро, хотя озера, где можно покататься на лодке, при прочих равных веселее.
The central part of the lake where there is still water by the end of dry season.
In general, the lake is not bad, thoug I like more tha lakes where you can get around in a small boat.

The cattle in Timor-Leste are different from what I saw elsewhere, with these small horns turned back. And they look right as if they were wild animals:
А в деревнях и вокруг деревень -- несметное количество вислобрюхих свиней.
And in the villages there are lots of pot bellied pigs.
Больше всего черных, но они самые шустрые и меньше всего хотят фотографироваться.
Most are black, but those are also the lest inclined to be photographed.
