(no subject)
I haven't been home all day....yet it feels like I haven't even left. The time went by so fast :S it's crazy. I'm playing with Stinky, my new little hampster...haha. Lori named it. We're not sure of the sex of it..lol...but it's a cutie. So tiny though! Compared to Gus. Awww...little Gus. He was my little baby.. :S
It's funny how attached you can grow to a little animal like a hampster after only 2 weeks. But I guess after draggin him along for that amount of time for that TAG assignment allowed for me to get so attached. Hehe. It sucks that he's gone. It's so frustrating to know that there are so many diseases in tiny little creatures like that..and death just comes so quickly.
But anyway, Stinky's sleeping..hehe. I put her in the big cage...I can hardly spot her, she doesn't even take up 2% of it.. heh.
Getting back on topic though - today was a blur. I spent almost $30 on hemp supplies, which should last me for a fair time. At least this way I can start making more necklaces to sell to Vintage...and I'll get my money back soon enough. I went with both Lori and Shari today, so it was cool. Just us sisters out on the town. Haha. We stopped at some place for maternity clothes (forget the name) and Lori got this crazily huge shirt...Silly girl she is. She's so short for the size of her belly! Poor thing.
What else, what else? Ohhh yeah..haha. We came back and took my mom out for lunch because all she's been doing lately is work...work...work. So we all pigged out at Western Pizza and then went for Ice Caps at Tim Hortons afterwards. On the way home, Bohemian Rapsody came on the radio and it was the most hilarious thing - we all rolled down the windows and sang along...the four of us..haha. The looks on people's faces.
My god, I'm so lucky to have the family I do. I admit, at times it's hard and things are pretty shitty, but days like today are awesome.
Anyway, we all got home and finished up the invitations for the baby shower. Lori knows basically all the gifts that she's getting, the party pooper she is...heh. Oh well though, at least she'll be prepared. I get to be in charge of 'games' ...heaven only knows what those games will consist of :S
Anywhoooo..lol. Jenny and Will randomly showed up at my house at supper time, so I invited them to stay over and have some leftovers from last night's supper of turkey and whatnot. They dug right in...I didnt.
Jenny and Will left after we played basketball on my driveway...wHiCh, by the way, ended in Jenny and I kickin Will's butt..muwhahahaha...heh....and then Jordan showed up just in time to go to Anger Management. Good good times. Haven't hung out with him in awhile, so it was cool. He kept feeding me sour skittles..lol...he was aware of my sugar-insanity of course...but I guess he felt he could deal with it. Muwhaha...
Anyway, 2 hrs of insane laughter & crazy hyperness later, we were driving home, listening to Snapcase..paha (that was a kickass concert on March 12...woo) and we got pulled over. The police officer was like 'uhm k....we believe this car is stolen' ...haha. Almost half an hour later, 'oh sorry...wrong car...uhm..have a good night' .....I think Jordan peed himself..lol
So I get home and help my mom clean the kitchen. My dad, who'd been sleeping all day cuz he's not feeling that well, comes downstairs and says, 'holy crap...why's it so dark out?'........................................it was 1am..lol. Crazy he is...heh. My mom laughed her butt off.
And....that's my jabbering for the night. Hehe...and now that I've got my typing-time out and I can now rest peacefully........(I really don't have a clue what I'm talking about...it's the sugar talking...) I'm going to go to bed. Either that, or watch a movie...not sure which...it depends on my insomnia... :)
