Whee!
Alright, I haven't updated in ages, yay for being a lazy bum. I just had a really fun weekend though. Friday night we went downtown to see the Christmas windows at Marshall Fields, and then we went to dinner and to see "Hairspray" It was AMAZING! Everyone was so talented. It was the best quality Broadway tour I've ever seen. It was just as good as the shows I saw on Broadway in NY over the summer. The lead is a 19 year old girl who has never done a professional show before. She just blew me away with her talent.
Then, Saturday, I went downtown with my friend Melissa, our other friend Kristen, and Melissa's family. We went shopping on Michigan Avenue, where I bought a pair of jeans, a cute shirt, and a pair of shoes. (Oh yeah, I also bought a hot pair of boots at Marshall Fields on friday) Then we went back to the hotel that we were staying at. Hung out, went swimming and then we went out to dinner. AFter dinner, we played elevator tag, which involved clear glass elevators, lots of stairs and a few hours. It was great. Then we watched movies in our pj's and ate ice cream and went to bed WAY too late. It was fun.
Got home this morning and saw the package from Kim. She's way too awesome *hugs* Everything is way too cool and thoughtful :) She rocks
Other than that, still relaxing, still enjoying break. Got another week :)
