Abby Mills couldn’t wait to marry Jimmy Mance. They had decided to elope only six months after Henry and Wakefield’s massacre on Harper’s Island because neither wanted a big wedding.

“I’m happy for you,” Shea Allen informed her. She was Abby’s maid-of-honor at their Vegas wedding. Madison was also attending.

“Thanks,” Abby replied. She wished her parents were here, but then again, she wished a lot of other people were here.

“You look beautiful,” Madison told Abby. The little girl was thrilled to be going to Abby and Jimmy’s wedding.

“Jimmy and I are so happy you could come.” Abby couldn’t imagine getting married without Shea and Madison because of their experience on the island.

“We wouldn’t miss this,” Shea assured her. She and Madison knew that they had to come once they got the call from Abby announcing they were eloping to Vegas.

“Are you changing your last name?” Madison is curious about this. She knew that her Aunt Trish was going to become Patricia Wellington-Dunn, but isn’t sure what Abby will do.

Abby nods. “I’m going to become Mrs. Abigail Mance. Jimmy told me that I could keep Mills as my last name if I wanted to, but I want to change it.” She had been thinking about Mills-Mance, but Abby had eventually decided against it.

“Are you ready to go?” the receptionist  of the chapel questioned. She was acting as another witness since there was no other weddings yet.

“I am,” Abby confirmed. She was marrying Jimmy! This was the best thing to happen to her in years, let alone the past six months.

A few minutes later, Abby and Jimmy were married. “I love you so much, Abby,” whispered Jimmy to his new wife.

“I love you too, Jimmy,” Abby whispered back. The newlyweds began kissing.

Abby would wait until later to surprise Jimmy about thir extra guest.
