(no subject)
As I was on my way to Chatters with Lisa a couple hours ago I realized ALOT has changed.
Some good, such as being back with my second family...my fellow music majors, spending lots of time with Dana, getting started with practicum, seeing the apartment I'll be sharing with Nicole next year :-) hanging out with Zach alot! and so much more I'm sure I'm forgetting...
Some bad, such as not being in Encore this year :'( and therefore not getting to see Jay and Mike AT ALL, not getting to see Nicole or Lisa as much, facing the reality that I will actually be in the position of a music therapist in 2 weeks, knowing that I HAVE to improve my piano and guitar skills like NOW
And some just different, having to spend SO much time in class, having to work on alot of stuff outside of class...you see, the last 2 years although I have taken 17 hours I haven't had much work to do...but not this semester!! having to sit back and watch people who have changed, thinking and wondering if they will ever change back to the people they once were, and facing the reality that Im not gonna be in the dorms next year...I'm actually gonna be 100% on my own...creepy!
I'm not a huge fan of change...I know everyone has to change, but I just wish that sometimes it wouldnt be so drastic...
