I recognize this one, but cannot recall the name of it. I know there are removal instructions for it (it's not easy), but I can't find them because I can't remember what it's called. If Norton is giving you a name for it, let me know and I'll look it up.

In the meantime, here's a suggestion for getting rid of it:
1) Download Avast! Anti-Virus from www.avast.com (it's free and is better than any of those paid-for services).
2) Disconnect your computer from the network (this is important!).
3) Uninstall Norton (you can reinstall it later if you really want, but I'd recommend sticking with Avast).
4) Install Avast. At the end of setup, it will ask if you want to schedule a boot-time scan - say yes! This is the most important step because this is your best bet at getting rid of this thing.
5) Your computer will now reboot. As it boots up, you'll see a screen that looks very similar to the Scandisk boot-time scan. Avast will go through and look for any/all virii and remove them before they have a chance to startup and protect themselves. As it finds things, tell it to remove them (you can say "Remove all" to the first one, makes things easier).
6) When the scan finishes and your computer fully boots, update Avast:
  a) Right-click on the blue Avast icon, select Updating > Program Update.
7) After updating, schedule another boot-time scan:
  a) Right-click the little blue Avast icon, select Start avast! AntiVirus.
  b) Click the up-arrow in the top-left corner of the interface, select Schedule Boot-time Scan.
  c) Click Schedule.
  d) Reboot
8) Do this scan just like the one before. After it's done, you should be virus-free.

Feel free to contact me if you have problems (my sis gave you my e-mail addies in her post above.
