"Sakura-chan will you dance with me?" he asked offering his hand, his moonlit face seemed to be glowing brightly, and without hesitation I took his hand and stood up. We started dancing to the rhythm of our heartbeat...

I can't believe Daisuke-kun was able to convince me to dance again. I expected that I would make a fool of myself but surprisingly our movements were in sync. Since the incident that happened to me ages ago I didn't dance anymore. Daisuke made me forget the pain that dancing inflicted to me. I felt comfortable whenever I'm with him, and even though I just met him today, I trust him already.
We just waltzed in the garden until we were reminded that we need to rest since we still need to explore some interesting part of the island. We walked to our rooms and bid each other good night.
"Oyasumi, mata ashta ne?" he said.
I nodded then closed my door.

A loud knocked from my door made my eyes flutter open as I realized it was already morning. I heard Daisuke calling out my name.
"I'm coming!" I replied as I rubbed my eyes and headed to the door. I flung it opened and Daisuke's excited face greeted me.
"Eh you just woke up?" Sakura-chan you need to hurry, the boat will leave at noon so we only have a few hours stay"
"Okay, go back to your room and I will just knock if I'm done okay? I told him.
"Hayaku ne?" he urged.
"Hai!"

After I'm done preparing I knocked at Daisuke's room. We ate our breakfast first and after that we passed by the souvenir shop to buy another set of clothes. Daisuke said we will be needing it.
Just like yesterday we sneaked out from the group and had our own itinerary. Daisuke didn't tell me where he was taking me and I just followed him. After 30 minute of trekking the ravine we found ourselves face to face with the island's majestic waterfalls. The scenery is beautiful, it's like the falls is hidden and only fearless adventurers would be able to discover it since it is not in the island tour's itinerary.
Daisuke helped me in climbing the rocky wall of the falls. We planned to plunged into the water from the top. I'm wondering why the idea didn't scare me at all, in which under normal circumstances I would really panic. Maybe it's because I'm not doing it by myself alone. When we reached the top we marveled at the view. It was more scenic than the view from the bottom.
I felt Daisuke's hand clasped mine.
"Are you ready?" he asked with a determined face.
"Yes!" I yelled, hoping that it would give me courage if I shout.
"At the count of three,"
"One"
"Two"
"Three"
Then we jumped, I screamed as I was free falling and I closed my mouth, just as we plunged into the icy water. Then I felt Daisuke's hand tugging me to swim to the surface.
The moment we broke the surface I breathed deeply, relieved that I'm still alive after the crazy stunt.
He motioned me to swim towards boulders under the falls. We sat under the boulder and let the force of the water massage our back. It felt good. Then I swam to the other side and back, I did a few lapses and the I felt a sudden pain in my left leg. I had a cramp and I look at Daisuke in alarm. He was still sitting on the boulder and he was closing his eyes.
"Daisuke-kun helped!" I yelled desperately before I felt my body sank deeper into the water.
P.S Again the island is just a figment of my imagination, I'm not sure if such island exist in Hokkaido. Thanks for yamayuuri / SS-chan this chapter is for you.
