Paint stripper.  Tried.  Might work.  Going to be waaayyy too much work for the ROI though.  Plan B: rent a belt sander from Home Depot sometime in June when we'll have time to fight with it.  Plan C: screw it - replace the deck next year.

Pine tree is cut down.  Very pleased.

Snow tires are 3/4 changed.  Need to leave for the picnic SOON.
