Nothing really happened yesterday. I don’t know whether to be happy about that or sad. Monday was busy. Classes were alright. That dream I had wasn’t helping either… Every time I’d look up I caught myself looking toward his direction. Then I’d look over at Luke who was giving me a smirk. I don’t know if this smirk was related to the information he knows or was just his regular smile. You never know with Luke. Brooke, Natalie, and I went to see the play, Stick Wives last night. It was interesting. I don’t think that the Ben was entirely correct in the fact that the theater department has completely gone to the dogs. I do think that some parts and plays and people are edging on the town of crapola… but I think that the play I saw the other night was alright. It was odd in the fact that Luke is a nice, non-racist person in real life and easily became a creepy hick-ish person. Although we are in Arkansas I don’t think that everyone here is a total hick. But he was good, Emily was good… I didn’t really know anyone else… Jance does play the creepy guy well though. As Brooke said earlier “He’s so good at being bad…” Ha. I feel silly, but if I can’t tell you then I should just not talk to anyone, I was wierded out at the fact that Luke had a kissing part. I knew that it was going to happen but I was not really that prepared. I see my friends as my family and to see one of them in a play was odd enough but to see them mack on stage was just odd. And it wasn’t one of those platonic-like kisses it was a “How you doin’?” kiss… I applaude his efforts but we, Brooke, Natalie, and I, were speculating earlier that he had been practicing with Alyssa. Hahaha… it is so odd that we are all growing up… I still can’t wrap my head around that one. I dunno. Oh well… Doug, Luke, Emily and the rest are off on the theater trip. They are gone all week…. Lucky ducks. One more thing happened Monday. I was supposed to help with the face painting booth at the Halloween Carnival. There were too many people there and so I was allowed to leave… I didn’t and hung around Natalie and helped the BCM and the CMB tables. It was fun. I have to admit that the carnival wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. There were a few kids… All the professors and staff brought their kids and there sure are some cute kids out there. I saw everything from a hobbit to snow white to two pink faeries. Danny Bardos and his wife were pirates and his son was a masked murderer and his daughter was a monarch butterfly. I came away with some cool things also. I got two sheets of stickers, a stamp kit, magnetix, a brightly colored bracelet, a black cat mask, a princess bubble wand, a gooey bouncy ball-yoyo thing… I think that’s it… Oh yeah, I did get some candy… not much but enough… I think I had a good Monday for a change...
