Agua

I have GOT to start drinking more water!  I don't know why, it seems like I'm either waaayyyy into drinking water - like I'll drink three liters a day for weeks at at time - or I don't drink it at all.  And when I'm not drinking water, I don't think I drink enough, period.  Of anything.  But seriously, in the last couple days I can't even really remember if I've had any pure, straight-up water.  I've had coffee, iced tea, diet soda (way too much of that last one), but seriously I do not recall drinking any water.  That's bad.  That's really really bad.  I wasn't feeling so great in karate class last night and today I was soooo drained feeling, and I'm sure my lack of proper hydration has got something to do with it.  Tomorrow I'm going back to using a water bottle, and making sure I drink AT LEAST a liter of water a day, but preferably more like two or three.  It's silly that something as simple (and FREE) as water can make me feel so much better and much more energetic, yet I regularly forget to make sure I'm getting enough.
