Last night I tried Smoked Rambol. I'm not usually a big fan of creamy type cheeses, but I liked this one - probably because it was smoked. It had that nice smokey flavor with a tiny bit of a bite at the end and was creamy enough to spread if I wanted to. Good stuff.
