It's rather difficult to realize all in the course of an hour and a half that you have managed to go through two years of high school at a rather large public school and not made any sort of imprint on anybody's life the whole time you were there. I went to graduation practice yesterday afternoon and said hi to a few people, tried to converse with a few others, but they were all talking about their college plans and their graduation parties and asking each other to sign their yearbooks. There must be a dozen plus gradutation parties between tomorrow and sunday among people I am acquainted with. I was not asked to attend a single one. And of course, those I asked to attend my part were busy with their own parties. It occured to me that I didn't have a single good friend in the entire senior class. I don't know exactly how I managed that. I suppose my whole go-to-school-learn-and-then-leave philosophy had to catch up with me eventually. I left graduation practice with nobody to really say goodbye to, it wasn't really sad though. I walked through the halls that I had been in for two school years where most teenagers would be saying goodbye to friends and hugging each other and taking pictures and I felt absolutely nothing. I guess I shouldn't have expected much more, but it would have been nice to leave that place with something a little more. I also talked to Amanda P late last night. She's having a party today too. She told me a little bit about it, but never invited me. That hurt a little bit, we've been talking lately, I had assumed we were friends. Even her lying ex Chris Remy was invited. But I guess I never invited her to mine either... I wonder what she's doing tomorrow. Oh well.

I miss Madison, I haven't heard from her in almost a year. It's about time for her to pop in a visit again. I'll be glad when she does.
