vlado, it sounds like you need black ice. that is the program to end all programs.

and i got a free copy too.

its a hardcore mofo that asks you to continue or terminate any unknown programs. it also prevents people from gettting into your computer. i share illegal music and stuff off my computer, which UCF campus doesn't allow. but they can't get into my computer to check what is using up so much bandwidth BECAUSE I have black ice. so far in the past few days, it has blocked over 200 UDP Port probes. which is UCF trying to find out what ports im using for large bandwidth.

if i didn't have black ice, i wouldn't have UCF internet anymore. plain and simple.
