As I'm falling asleep, in the cafe in Eminönü, I see the normal abstract images and images that I'm consciously trying to create/focus, when I have a nap and see hypnogogic dreams. Evetually the first real image takes over me, but it's a commercial, as if the dream is TV. It's an ad for a skin cream, just the plastic tube rotating in space with flshing and moving text, music, and a VO. Then the next ad comes, an ad for a new age book. I can't remember the title of the book but I remember the "catch phrase" of the author's book/system/etc... a quote "Sow for then, and for now". "Now" seems to be emphasised and it seems this is where the pithyness/non-intuitiveness of the idea comes from.
