just a couple of things
This afternoon I am going back to the Travel Medicine Clinic for my third and final shot of Twinrix. nighthawk21 did you remember to get your third shot? I really don't like needles but that is just the way things go, right? Vaccinations are almost always for the better and that's what I keep telling myself.
The cats are also seeing their doctor's office today. Rascal needs to have another fructosamine test since he's been on a new insulin these past two weeks. Siren is also going, remember that tumor in her throat that was growing bigger? Well, suddenly it is gone so I'm wondering if it's somewhere or what because the biopsy proved it to be an aggressive tumor. Who's to know.
I had a wonderful visit with my sis and her boy Tuesday night. We went to Elliot's Oyster House just off Alaskan Way in downtown Seattle and ate too many oysters (raw), drank too much wine and champagne, then indulged in tequila at The Matador, just down the street from our house. At least I didn't have a headache the next day but my stomach wasn't all that impressed. Ah well, it was all worth it.
Going on our own holiday/adventure next Tursday, I'm very excited. I guess it's time to start printing out some info about certain things we want to do online. Oh, and we need to buy a bike rack for the car cause I want to bring our bikes with us.
