Julian's always been super anal about taking vitamins. When we go through our morning routine of tooth-brushing, primping, he always takes his respective vitamins, and I would take one multi and kind of stand there.
So my doctor suggested I take Lysine and Omega-3 Fish Oil (also recommended by Rob) and Trigosamine for my poor, degenerative knees and hips.
Just curious as to some other supplments you find important? I don't want to take a boatload, and I'm not sure how effective taking a ton of vitamins can be.
