not my kids' weekend
Played a fun gig yesterday night at a family retreat in Connecticut with Ljova Zhurbin, Inna Barmash, and the accordionist Aron Gershman. Saw many (long time) familiar faces and played some Soviet children's favorites for the first time (Antoshka, Kuznechik, and so on). Teaching three groups of kids at Workmen's Circle/Arbeter Ring Midtown Shule today. Boy it's a kids' weekend! Wish it were more of my own kids' weekend though.
