Farewell Dinner
I just got back from the CYA farewell dinner, where we performed "Trash Can Tragedy, but Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides". It went over really well, and I might be able to post a video- my friend Katie said she made one.
I think my favorite part of the evening was actually after we left. I was walking back through Athens after midnight, carrying a trash can on my back and a pair of drumsticks in my hand. I came around a corner, and saw a man walking along pushing a unicycle and wearing a top hat. I nodded to him. He nodded to me. We walked a block next to each other, exchanged nods again, then he turned and we went our separate ways.
The third day in Turkey is coming.
