Lets go Drifting!!!!
So ive been good, working 30+ hours a week, and now that morgan(one of the managers) is leaving for family issues, tis gonna mount up to some mroe hours. But iuts cool..i need all the money/hours i can get right now.
speaking about work, Jon(store manager) asked me if im lookinginto ast. manager(promotion!!) and is aid yes, so he mentioned he was gonna as the district manager if it was cool for him to set me up on an actiona plan( training for manager and setting thing that i need to work on to better me as an employee and prepare me for ast. manager) and i guess she said yes, he said by the end of july i i can be made ast. manger!!! Mo money, Mo problems.
yeah..Mo MOney MO problems as the great BIGGIE used to say. the draw back with getting promotes to another position is taht they dont keep you at the location your at. So..if when i do get promoted, i might get sent to the Anehiem Hills Store. UGHH! its chill casue its a bigger store and better experience..and will look better on my background(bigger store=more responsibilites and other companys like that ) cept the drive is gonna be killer, and so will the gas. im hoping i get paid around 12-15 bucks like Pam and other i hear are getting paid.
anyways..let me jstu get throught he training and i will se wat happens.
family is great, and so are friends, this past wed. i went to disneyland with kelly, jesse, justin, evelyn, farrah, richie and my cuzin artie. we took stupid ass pictures(which i will post up asap) and just had a great time, we hopped to California adventure to ride the rollercoaster and then back to D-land to hit up some more rides.
i feel like im getting closer to my dad, ranomd to bring up but its not that ive had a bad relationship with my father, just that weve never really big super super close, jes just really really shy and quite, but today, beore i went out with friends, he came up to me, gave me a hug and told me that he loves my brother and i, and that evne though he may not show it, he really realy doese.
i admit..it hit me pretty hard, and i slight tear popped up, and i told him back that we know, and he should t feel taht hes a bad father for not showing it. so its good, it seems like part of my accomplishment set for the summer familywise are falling into place. i wants to plan a small family get away, either to visit historical parts of mexico(aztec pyramids, etc.) and another luaghlin.river trip to take out the sea doos. and he mentioned hes on the prwol to buy another one to have 2. haha Crazy!
i also went to see Fast and the Furious:tokyo drift!!! with richie ad my dad. it was fun, we cuaght a late ntie viewing, and just saw it, and it was great. the acting ang plot maybe stupid, but the cars, and the action/race shots were shot perfect. its like u are right there. the movie had mnay crazy stunts and evne made me mi my little rice rocket. hahaha after i told dad that im gonna trade in my explorere to get me a little ricerocket to go drifitng in! hahaha
hmm..wat else..next week is gonna be busy, but i get monday and friday off. so im looking to move my room around monday with the moms, possibly get some new furniture ttp fit better in my room. maybe re-paint it..im kinda over the racing stripes hahaha. meh..i will see...
anyways...i hope everyones weekend is going great so far.
BTW!! if you didnt catch the Mexico VS. Argentina game today at noon, BOOO!!! it was a great game, went into overtime, i even called in alte to work so i can catch most of the game. Many great shots and a lot of action out ont he field, but sadly..mexico lost, but i heard Argentina had a great overtime goal, so i guess they deserve to win for giving it their all till the end.
ive never seriously gotten so much into soccer till this worldcup, and...as much as it may sound bad, ive never had as Much "mexican" pride as i did today wathcing the game, haha..yes im mexican, but i was born here, so i dont always call myself a mexican, im a Mexican american, but still...i Red, white and green has never run through my blood as strong as it did today. haha it was a fun time wathcing it with mom and dad, cheering, screaming, and laughin....
...I love my family.. :)
anyways, im off to bed now, im tired..and i have work tomorrow. UGh.
