Weekend so far

Yesterday: I had to deal with football tickets for my frat. We didn't have a good block so I had to look to put in with other people. Luckily I have enough contacts where I got everyone's tickets in. Then Ally, the president of my frat called me and asked about the paper work for SGA.

Side story: Ok so for the past 3 weeks for JSA I had been running around finding out all about SGA funding it took me three weeks to get all the papers filled out and to fully understand them. So Thurs. night rolls around and we were making a home coming banner and I hear Boulder, our treasurer, mentioned something about the SGA paperwork. So I asked her if she knew what forms they needed as well as the test they needed to take. She knew none of them, so I rushed my butt home took the test printed out 2, printed the other 3 papers they needed and made Boulder fill them out that night. Now back to Fri...

So I had told her I'd meet her and we walked to the Union together where we met Boulder. She gave us the paper work and needed to bail. Ally and I had to trek all the way across the school to get our advisor's signature, and back again. I sat with her as she filled out the paper work and we went to the accounting office together to turn everything in. Basically we accomplished everything it took me 3 weeks to do beforehand, into a night and half a day. By the way the deadline for those papers were at 4pm. We handed it in at about 1:30pm-2pm. Later that night I went with my bro out to dinner and then joined my friend Kenneth and his 2 friends Jua and Rachel for a few bands that were playing at The Warehouse.

Today:

Woke up at 7am. Got ready to go to Experience Asia. Mike, Nick, and I left at about 8:30am. We got there by 9am and spent the entire day there til 6pm. It was really fun and there were many different performances from all over. By far the best was the Taiwanese performers. They actually flew in from Taiwan. These kids are AMAZING!!! There is no other way to describe them unless you'd like to add AWESOME AND TALENTED!! They are only about 15 years old or younger. They can jump rope and when I say jump rope I don't mean the regular boring stuff I mean they were coordinated and used four jump ropes at once and were jumping and twirling at the same time! I wish I had a video tape so you could see it. They could dance and do tricks with Chinese yo-yos. I will put the video I have on facebook when I figure out how to. But there are 35 kids and they are some of the most talented kids I have ever seen!! They blew my mind.

But after the festival Nick, Kenneth, Mike and I went to Outback for dinner, where I got to watch some of my football game! FSU vs. Alabama which we won 21-14!!! ^_^ Too bad I missed it but I got to see the performers again cuz they performed at our theater on campus and WOW!! They did even more at that performance!
I rate this weekend as a 9 so far!
